Bruce will have an initial meeting with you to define your design and budget, and he will then develop your garage living area plan. Or, he can use a plan you already have.

The cost of the work will then be estimated, a construction timetable will be put together and finishes, fixtures and fittings for your basement room will be selected.

During the construction work, you will have regular communication with Bruce and the team at Setform projects. And even after your garage room is completed, we will be there to ensure you are completely satisfied with your new living space.
